Within the safe container of our yoga space, we will start with a beautiful heart opening yoga session to release upper body tension and prepare your body & heart for the magic to follow

Your Savasana will lead into a divine chakra clearing meditation and intention setting opening into your energetic body

Sitting with your higher self we will then commune in ceremony to set the protection within the space & to honour the Master plant medicine Psilocybin and to confirm the intention of your experience

With excellent support, you will drop into your sacred breath, guided throughout with full permission to feel the bliss & the expansion, full permission to release the pain & the sadness and to allow what ever needs to flow through. This session is immersed in enchanted music
