WE ARE EVOLVING

Updated: Sep 6

We are all experiencing some unusual symptoms and effects of the shifts that are happening on the earth. There is so much information — scientific, energetic and spiritual, attempting to explain these changes and how they may affect us.
Now, more than ever, we need to understand our own energy pathways to be able to assimilate these earthly vibrational shifts and light fluctuations to allow ourselves to evolve. It is easier than it seems, the ancient civilisations knew these methods and we are now reconnecting with this wisdom.
We are made of energy, we can work consciously with energy to support balance within our bodies and beings. It's time to reconnect to the wisdom of the past to access our fullest potential
What does this mean? Do you sometimes get baffled by all the garbled information we receive about what is actually happening to us? All the spiritual mumbo jumbo that seems so difficult to integrate into our daily lives! The key to understanding our evolution is GROUNDING. To truly understand what is changing within and around us, we need to understand our own energy pathways and to ground the energies we are experiencing. Get out of your mind, come back into your body and reconnect with the Earth.
For me, it starts with science, a basic knowledge of astrology and keeping my body and energy clear and grounded. This opens a deeper connection to myself and allows me to feel into what is happening around me. What is real, not what is in my mind! The correct information comes when I am resonating my truth and staying grounded, I don't need to source it... I will be given a book or a link to information that leads me to that AHHH moment of understanding and confirmation... this is a deep trust in the law of attraction, what I need is always provided, I am supported!
When I say we are evolving, I’m speaking from an energetic and spiritual perspective, I experience it as humanity and the planet moving through shifts in consciousness and vibration. Now more than ever we need to connect with the ancient knowledge of the chakra and meridian systems as well as all of our energetic bodies for us to be able to adjust our energies to that of the planet.
For me, caring for the physical body creates a stronger foundation for feeling grounded, connected and able to work with the energies around us.
So what is actually happening? One phenomenon that has always fascinated me is the Schumann Resonance, naturally occurring electromagnetic resonances within the space between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, generated primarily by global lightning activity. The fundamental resonance is around 7.83 Hz, with additional resonances occurring at higher frequencies. For me, these natural rhythms are another reminder that we live within an energetic planet. I’m fascinated by the relationship between the rhythms of the Earth and our own experience as human beings, while recognising that my spiritual interpretation of these energies is different from what has been established scientifically.
The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum.
At different times people describe feeling tired, unsettled, headachy, dizzy or simply ‘off’. There can, of course, be many physical and medical reasons for these symptoms, so they shouldn’t automatically be attributed to energetic changes. From an energetic perspective, however, these are times when I personally feel the value of grounding, rest, breath, nourishment and reconnecting with the body.
We are so programmed to think our way through, use our minds to navigate life but with all that is going on, we often forget that we are more than our minds, we are our energy or spirit and the tools we need to use are spiritual. This may sound out there but it is one of the practices I use to ground and integrate what I’m experiencing.. So much more light is in our atmosphere now, you may have noticed how blinding the light can be some days...?
With supportive knowledge, grounding practices and a deeper relationship with our own bodies, we can become more present with ourselves and better able to navigate periods of change. Sometimes evolution isn’t about reaching for something outside ourselves — it is about remembering how to come home to what is already within us.
